Overview

Did you know that UNCW has over 900 international students represented from over 80 countries each year? Every year we host an Intercultural Festival at UNCW to represent world cultures from our students and greater community. UNCW’s annual Intercultural Festival is a celebration of world cultures featuring music and dance, food, art and informational booths representing countries by our international students and community cultural organizations. UNCW's iFest fosters a sense of global community UNCW's iFest fosters a sense of global community and promotes and encourages cultural understanding and appreciation. In a time when fostering a sense of global and cultural understanding and appreciation is more important than ever, we are hoping to make this our largest and most successful iFest yet. In the past we've had 30+ country and community booths featured with more than 500 attendees. This year's iFest will be on Saturday, March 15th from 10:00am - 2:00pm. The event is free and welcome to the public. We have activities for all ages, performers, foods from around the world, and so much more.
